Rose,
I purchased your AAMI publication - Sterile Process in Healthcare Facilities: Preparing for Accreditation
Surveys. Excellent book, wish I would have had something like it when I was in charge. Recommending it whenever I go into
a SPD department and when I am giving talks.
Thank
you, thank you for a great resource.

Although
she is frequently on the road as president of her own business, Rose makes the time to answer questions from colleagues and
to function as a clinical expert in the advancement of safe patient care outcomes through increased collaboration between
the Operating Rooms and SPD.
Rose's commitment to
mentoring others includes, but is not limited to:

Example: BIC had the good fortune
to experience Rose's mentorship skills when she participated in a panel discussion advising our members on how to start and
maintain a business of their own at the BIC Specialty Intensive in 2010.
She helped attendees:
Identify their own strengths and capacity for risk,
Assess their
leadership effectiveness and
Identify potential service offerings that could be taken to the market while at
the same time,
Representing herself as the successful business woman that she is today.
